If there is one inspiring person in our ecosystem, it is the founder of our NGO, as evidenced by the feedback and reactions we receive when she speaks to an audience whether in the media, to the general public or in a corporate context… And these reactions are well deserved !
With her sensitive perception, and constructive approach, she touches the listeners’heart. She instills a sense of soulfulness while delivering a powerful message focused on social cohesion, civic engagement, equal rights, building connections, changing the way we perceive difference, emotional intelligence, listening, and otherness. In short, she expresses in a very personal and unique way her hope in humanity’s ability to build a more just, inclusive and sustainable world, a more humane world, a world at peace…
Conferences, round tables, screenings and debates*, Frédérique’s presentations take many forms depending on the needs. In France and abroad, in B2B networks, institutions, prestigious schools and universities, associations, festivals, conferences, etc. her speeches raise awareness and unite participants on these various topics, thereby facilitating individual and collective engagement. These moments are seen as true catalysts for inspiration and commitment.
*Need we remind you that the founder of our NGO is a filmmaker? The unique way in which she sheds light on a number of social and societal issues makes her films a wonderful medium for reflection and constructive debate. One example whose success has stood the test of time and continues to be surprisingly relevant is her film “WOMEN AND MEN”, which was selected for the Cannes Film Festival and screened at the United Nations (Geneva and New York) and in a number of national and international institutions.

As she is particularly committed to the issue of sexism, Frédérique has also investigated the pitfalls of everyday sexism in the workplace: glass ceilings, quotas, stereotypes, parenting, etc. The format of “Gender Equality in the Workplace,” which is shorter and more dynamic (20 minutes), makes it the ideal medium for organizing debates.
Some testimonials:
• “Frédérique Bedos embodies an inclusive and inspired leadership which is a little different from traditional leadership.”
HR Director, TRANSDEV
• “I heard her speak at the APM in Marseille. I could hear her, but I could not see her. There were too many people and it was an incredible moment. Incredible because there was an emotion in the room that I have rarely experienced… It was an unforgettable moment, I think, for the thousands of people who were there.“
Secretary General, MEDEF NORMANDIE
• ”We all shared a rather unique moment of emotion, a bond that we still have and that really left a mark on all of us. The second major contribution was the energy and enthusiasm she brought us. With her, anything is possible, and that gave us incredible strength… It reinforced our convictions about inclusion. Her story, her energy, and her project made us realize how rewarding it was to continue our commitment to creating an inclusive space at France Télévisions, both on air and internally.”
