The Imagine School Program in Maroc
Since January 2025, a training program has been underway for middle and high school teachers at the LycƩe FranƧais International AndrƩ Malraux (LFIAM)* in Rabat, focusing on key sessions of the Imagine School Program.
The goal of this training is to strengthen teachers’ capacity to equip students with the cognitive, emotional, and social skills necessary to build and maintain healthy relationships, fostering a peaceful school climate. Through role-playing and peer-to-peer discussions, these professionals explore their own pedagogical approaches.
Beyond their own training, experiencing the activities from our Middle School Communication and Cooperation Kit firsthand allows them to better understand the impact of our tools on students. It also helps them familiarize themselves with the method so they can plan to implement the full program starting next year.
Camille Bethoux, an ICF-certified Career Coach and expert in psychosocial skills, chose our tools for the empathetic listening workshops she has been running for the past two years. These workshops are designed for secondary school teachers and student ambassadors of the pHARe program (an anti-bullying initiative) at LFIAM Rabat.

Some teachers have already integrated activities inspired by the first sessions into their homeroom periods. The rich discussions and the commitment of the participants allow these reflections to be rooted in real-life, day-to-day professional situations. This paves the way for a lasting shift in approaches and practices, as well as the effective transmission of key psychosocial skills to their students.
In upcoming sessions, we will dedicate the necessary time to co-creating impact indicators to evaluate, over the long term, changes in attitudes and pedagogical methods.ā
