The Power of Hope, the Strength of Action

Paris, January 15, 2026

“Dear Friends,

How can we hope for a better world if we no longer believe in it…  and if we cannot imagine it?

The world is a reflection of ourselves; it is the fruit of our thoughts which are the cradle of our actions.
That is why it is so important to take extra care of our imagination… imagination now globalized.

When I founded this NGO, it was as if I was responding to an urgent call to inform people in a less anxiety-provoking way, in order to limit the spread of fear.
Because fear not only paralyzes, but worse still, it dehumanizes.

Only Hope can prevent this risk.

Hope is not just a wonderful value, a pretty word, a beautiful concept. It is a strength, a fire that thaws our indifference, warms our hearts, and illuminates our thoughts.

This is why we called the NGO’s 15th anniversary celebration event, which took place on December 5 2025 at Folies Bergère Theater, HOPE POWER.

Partying, singing, and dancing together… It may seem ridiculous in front of the many threats that surround us? I don’t think so.

Having fun and laughing together is not trivial or frivolous. It is about rediscovering the joy and the pleasure of being together... Joy comes from this being together.
It is pure and simple joy, the kind of joy that allows us to relax and take off the masks. In the way we laugh and dance, we sometimes reveal another, more authentic self that breaks free from the shackles of convention and allows itself to simply be.

So it would be sacrilegious to deny ourselves pleasure and denigrate the beautiful energy generated by this festive spirit that we so badly need to face adversity.
This is undoubtedly what the famous choreographer Pina Bausch was referring to when she exclaimed: “Dance! Dance! Otherwise we are lost!”

My dear friends, rather than wasting our energy trying to preserve an obsolete system, let’s use our precious energy to imagine alternatives, to invent something new…

Together, let’s give birth to a new infinity of possibilities!

Wishing you all a wonderful 2026!”

Happy New Year 2026!

In line with the wishes of the NGO’s founder, this year we are once again placing all our hopes in young people, responsible young people who are confident in their power to influence society and steer the world towards the best of humanity: justice, courage, ethics, inclusion, altruism, kindness, solidarity, equality, respect, gentleness, tenderness…

And we are committed to continuing our mission of awakening citizenship in as many people as possible in 2026.
