HOPE POWER: Nemekhbayar Yadmaa, Mandakhjargal Daansuren and Johanni Curtet join the movement!
Paris, December 02, 2025
With only three days to go until 5 December: the steppes of Mongolia come to life before us through the presence of Nemekhbayar Yadmaa, from the Altai, birthplace of khöömii, Mandakhjargal Daansuren, from a family of musicians native to the Gobi Desert, and Johanni Curtet, a Western specialist in throat singing.
Traditional Mongolian music is rooted in the environment and nomadic philosophy: part of a “sound ecology”, Mongolians converse musically with nature.
The trio will sing this culture to us through a journey across the great wide spaces—a magical encounter in search of harmonic sounds, where the art of khöömii brings us together.
Fancy joining us on this journey, this momentum of peace and harmony?
